At CES we assign a dedicated client account team to ensure that all their needs are efficiently met. Led by a designated Contracts Manager, we ensure that all clients are fully supported throughout the design and build process allowing us to develop key working relationships. We have over 150 years of shopfitting experience between our team giving us vast experience in all aspects of a project, not just the construction phase. We are able to assist with all aspects of the construction process from design, project management and landlord’s submissions through to dealing with building control issues, financial management and value engineering.

Since CES was founded we have incorporated lean build practices into all our projects. We believe that this is the future of the construction industry and we have successfully reduced costs and time scales on many projects whilst still maintaining a quality finish. Our approach is to work closely with the client, the client’s consultants, our supply chain and any direct contractors to manage and improve the construction processes.

The clear majority of specialist sub-contractor companies we employ are tried and tested with a proven track record to ensure that our standards are met on time every time, limiting any risk to the projects successful completion.

We work continuously with our sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that we always offer competitive market rates. Our pro-active commercial team are always willing to assist with budget estimates, cost plans and value engineering ideas to ensure that all agreed budget constraints are met.
